Christina and James’ Exquisite Hotel Macdonald Wedding

On November 16, 2016

album352of369I am so excited to share this wedding with you! Christina and James were so awesome to work with, and their day was beyond beautiful.

When I first met them, I was eager for their wedding because they were such a wonderful couple. I could feel the love between the two of them; which for me is what makes a gorgeous wedding. It’s not about the “stuff” a wedding has, it’s about love and the couple celebrating the fact that they found each other.

The traditional tea ceremony started at 8:40am. Only close friends and family joined Christina and James for this portion of the wedding day. The speeches made by the families were in Vietnamese.

The beautiful decorations and church interior were just perfect for this wedding. The florals were simple but splendid.

Ahhhh, I love unique wedding photos! John Findlay of Revolution Photo was the photographer and took all of these gorgeous photos.

Some more different type photos of the groom and his groomsmen.

Photos aren’t complete without a few of everyone just having fun!

The Empire Ballroom at Hotel Macdonald.

The ballroom shined with the white chiavari chairs and gold beaded charger plates.

The guest favors. They had a lovely small rose bowl and a rose candle in the box.

The wedding cake

When we were setting this cake up, people from all over the hotel came to check it out. It was truly spectacular. I loved it because the bride and groom made it together!

The impressive guests’ tables

The bride is a cardiologist and the groom is a dentist, so the hotel made this for them.

Actually their guest book was a picture frame with a picture of a tree and two blue love birds. The leaves on the tree (which the guests signed) were green teeth and hearts. It was the little things like this that made the wedding that much more special.

The sweetheart table for the newlyweds.

One of my favorite parts is the first dance. This couples first dance did not disappoint. Even though this is just a photo, you can still feel their love.

After the dinner, Christina changed into this dazzling red dress. I love this photo too because you can really feel the love in it. It feels like we’re able to steal a peek of a special moment.

Revolution Entertainment had a photobooth at the wedding. This is a cute photo of the couple and children enjoying the booth together.

Congratulations to this beautiful couple!

Shout out to all of the vendors who took part in this lovely wedding.
